Bill Bransford Named as Washington D.C. Top Rated Lawyer
Attorney Bill Bransford, partner at Shaw Bransford & Roth P.C., was recently named as one of Washington D.C. and Baltimore's Top Rated Lawyers, a guide to leading regional Martindale-Hubbell Top Rated Lawyers, in the practice area of Labor and Employment Law with a focus on Federal Employment Law.
To be selected for the publication, attorneys must have achieved an AV Preeminent rating, the highest rating in ethical standards and legal ability. The rating is based on responses to a peer review survey of lawyers across multiple jurisdictions who work in similar practice areas as the subject attorney.
Bransford represents federal executives, managers and employees before federal courts and administrative tribunals. He also advises several small federal agencies on federal personnel and employment law matters and serves as General Counsel to the Senior Executives Association, the Federal Managers Association, the Federal Aviation Administration Managers Association and the National Council of Social Security Management Associations.
Bransford also co-hosts "FEDtalk," a weekly radio show on Federal News Radio, and writes a regular column as part of the Federal Times' Ask the Lawyer series.
For thirty years, the law firm of Shaw Bransford & Roth P.C. has provided superior legal representation on a wide range of federal employment and personnel law issues, including disciplinary and adverse action cases, employment discrimination complaints, Inspector General and Internal Affairs investigations, security clearance issues and federal employment disputes in Washington D.C. and nationwide.
