FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT/EMPLOYMENT LAW ATTORNEY with three to five years trial or administrative (EEOC/MSPB) hearing experience. Must be a member of or eligible to waive into the DC Bar. Federal sector experience preferred. Previous litigation experience required. Qualified candidate is expected to work independently with supervision and have frequent client contact.
