|
Founded in 1982, Shaw, Bransford, Veilleux & Roth, P.C. provides quality legal representation on a wide range of employment law and federal personnel law issues. We focus our practice on disciplinary and adverse action cases, employment discrimination complaints, Inspector General and Internal Affairs investigations, security clearance issues, and other federal and private-sector employment disputes. Our attorneys litigate cases before the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Foreign Service Grievance Board and federal and state courts. The firm is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, and is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers®. The law firm is also listed on the GSA Schedule and is available to perform legal services and training for federal agencies. Our attorneys have extensive experience dealing with federal agencies and Congress. Because many of our attorneys have worked in government, we understand the people in government and how agencies work. We also represent several professional associations of federal managers and career executives including the Senior Executives Association, the Federal Managers Association and the FAA Managers Association. Through these direct ties to the federal workplace, we have become acquainted with important people in each federal agency. More importantly, they know us. We welcome the opportunity to be of service to you or your company. With a staff of 20, we are large enough to serve you and small enough to treat each client individually. The law firm of Shaw, Bransford, Veilleux & Roth, P.C. also offers professional training on important employment law topics geared toward federal and corporate executives and managers. Please visit the Newsroom department of this website for more information on seminar offerings. Thank you for your interest in Shaw, Bransford, Veilleux & Roth, P.C. |
